UNRISE at ReBuild Ukraine 2025 in Warsaw: Key Insights and Impressions
The UNRISE team attended one of the largest events of the year, ReBuild Ukraine 2025, in Warsaw. It was a truly powerful international gathering: over 6,000 participants, 3 national pavilions, and nearly 800 companies from 33 countries. The main focus is on partnerships, investment, and the reconstruction of Ukraine.
“At ReBuild Ukraine, I especially felt that investment interest in Ukraine is genuinely growing. European partners want to invest, create joint projects, and be part of our reconstruction. I was impressed by how many Ukrainian companies were present this year: active, well-prepared, with high-quality presentations of their solutions. The atmosphere was lively, professional, and highly collaborative. At the same time, we must continue moving forward and showcase ourselves even more strongly. Communities and public institutions need to learn to present their projects as clearly and convincingly as businesses already do,” said Iryna Palko, CEO of UNRISE.
Strategic takeaways from ReBuild Ukraine 2025:
– International partners’ interest in investing in Ukraine continues to grow;
– EU support remains systemic and long-term;
– The number of financial instruments available to Ukrainian businesses is increasing;
– Demand is rising for professionally prepared, well-structured investment and grant projects;
– The potential for cooperation with international partners is enormous, and now is the best time to secure a place in these processes.
All these trends were clearly confirmed by the decisions and agreements signed at the conference in Warsaw. One of the central events was the EU-Ukraine Investment Conference, where important steps were announced:
– The European Investment Bank and Naftogaz of Ukraine signed an agreement under the Ukraine Investment Framework. As part of it, Norway is providing €127 million to strengthen energy security.
– IFC, the EBRD, and companies Notus (Germany) and Rengy Development (Ukraine) launched new joint projects in the field of renewable energy.
– The Ukraine Investment Framework mechanism continues to accelerate, with more than €21 billion expected to be mobilized for critical infrastructure, energy, and industry.
All these points to one thing: the window of opportunity for Ukrainian companies is rapidly expanding, especially in energy, innovation, manufacturing, and technology.
International support programs involve complex procedures, requirements, policies, presentations, and consortium building. UNRISE is here to help businesses seize these opportunities.
