To Make The Difference

Publication date: 05/01/2025

Our collaboration with the German investment company Steinbeis Corporate Finance & Investment has long transcended business, evolving into a deep partnership in social initiatives. Today, I would like to share one of them.

Two years ago, we joined forces with Christian Schult, the founder of Steinbeis, and other partners: Sabine Seifert and Igor Lamos, laying the foundation for creating the public initiative “To Make The Difference” (TMTD).

TMTD actively operates in countries affected by war, providing young people with opportunities for development through sports, various activities, and inspiration. The organization aims to turn hardships into strength and opportunities, helping young people build resilience and discover new perspectives.

In 2024, the initiative focused on supporting youth from Ukraine and Israel. In collaboration with charitable organizations “Klub Dobrodiyiv” and “Kids of Ukraine”, inspiring meetings, youth workshops, and educational camps for teenagers were organized in Ukraine. Christian and Iryna personally participate in masterclasses, helping young people set goals and find opportunities, inspiring both participants and organizers of the initiatives supported by TMTD.

For 2025, TMTD plans to support initiatives for youth from Ukraine and Cambodia, continuing its mission of providing opportunities for development and strengthening the resilience of the younger generation.

The joint efforts of international partners contribute to creating a world where every young person has a chance for success, regardless of circumstances. Such initiatives help young people develop the skills and confidence necessary to build a better future.
