Today, we are sharing the story of our partnership with Arpal, a Ukrainian manufacturer of equipment for wood waste processing that has been creating reliable, modern machinery for more than 10 years.

During this time, we helped Arpal successfully secure grant funding from several sources:
- State grant for processing enterprises – UAH 6 million project aimed at modernizing production and increasing efficiency.
- European grant for marketing services – to promote the company’s products on international markets.
- USAID grant for export development – support for entering new markets.
- Grant for consulting services to strengthen operational capacity – implementation of Lean tools to optimize production processes.
In addition, many members of the company’s staff participated in various educational grant programs. This resulted in a comprehensive impact that strengthened the company on multiple levels: production, operations, education, marketing, and exports.
